New version of TXL24 Sitemanager CMS

The major TXL24 Sitemanager improvements are:

• Significant speed improvement as result of levereging jQuery 1.3.2 API
• New field type GALLERY, wich allows creating independant image and document galleries for catalog items.
• Significant image management improvement in Filer module. Added new features for rotation of images and for batch resizing of images.
• Client code HTML compliance with HTML5 draft W3C specification
• Fixed bugs and speed bottlenecks
